Head of Cyber Security
Katy Hinchcliffe is an award-winning Cyber Security practitioner with over 15 years IT security experience who leads the growing Littlefish Cyber Security function. Responsible for the delivery of all aspects of our Cyber Security services including the Cyber Security Operations Centre as well as internal CISO responsibility for the Littlefish business.
Katy began her career working in government delivering Information Security risk assessments and guiding technology programmes toward compliant solutions. She joined Littlefish from Capgemini, where she had spent a number of years delivering Security advice and guidance to HMRC under the CESG Lead Advisor Scheme (CLAS) and subsequently led the Global Cyber Security outsourced capability for Rolls-Royce.
Having gained real world experience of handling cyber crisis situations, she has become a proactive professional committed to providing excellence in service outcomes and able to take decisive and authoritative action whilst under pressure. She has successfully led global cross supplier teams to achieve results, most notably in complex cyber crises scenarios.
In her spare time, Katy enjoys spending time with friends and going for walks in the countryside with family. Her favourite pastimes is crocheting blankets and Amigurumi.
